Suggested Use:
The following recommendations are only a guide. For best results, rub creme thoroughly into an area of soft skin (either breast, inside wrist, or inside upper arm). For more intense conditions use daily for 6-12 months, then advance to the maintenance formulas of BioEst and BioPlex.
-Menstruating - apply 1/8-1/4 tsp once daily. Discontinue use for 6 days during menstruation
-Menopausal - apply 1/4-1/2 tsp 1 to 2 times daily.
